Before registering for a CrossRoads Missions Trip, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the following:

This agreement is the complete and entire agreement between CrossRoads Missions, 3231 Ruckriegel Parkway, Suite 111, Louisville, KY 40299 and the church or organization registering, hereafter referred to as "Client". By clicking the payment option below you are agreeing to the terms set forth herein, the Client agrees that for purposes of venue, this agreement was entered into in Jefferson County, Kentucky, and any dispute will be litigated or arbitrated in Louisville, Kentucky, and the Client hereby consents to the personal jurisdiction of the Kentucky State Courts (or in the county, city and state of CrossRoads Missions current address at the date of such litigation). Furthermore, the Client waves any right to or claim of sovereign immunity. This agreement shall be enforced effective with the acceptance by CrossRoads Missions. 


Registration and Deposit 

A registration fee of $500 (US currency only) will hold your date and spaces until three months before your trip. It is a non-refundable fee, but applies to your final balance. The registration fee is due immediately upon booking a date and spaces with CrossRoads Missions. Payments may be made on our website or a check sent into our office address.


Three months before our trip, a $100 deposit (non-refundable and non-transferable per reserved space) is due. Once spots are held by a deposit they are no longer available for other groups or individuals to reserve, therefore all deposits are non-refundable or non-transferable to another field. If the individual deposits are not received, the spaces will be made available again for other groups and the registration fee is lost. Groups may immediately pay the non-refundable $100 per person deposit. 


Cancellations: Registration fees and deposits are non-refundable for any reason. CrossRoads Missions, at their discretion, will provide a credit towards future available trip dates, rather than a refund for such funds. NO SPOTS ARE SECURED UNTIL DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. 


The per person participant fee covers supplies for home construction and renovations, facility repairs and renovations and all housing , food and supplies for worship and devotions.

·         The total cost of your week long trip is $350 per person for our Appalachia and New Orleans.

·         It is $450 for our Piedras Negras, Mexico field ($500 if we pick you up at the San Antonio airport.)

·         Four day trips are $250. 


This DOES NOT include transportation, travel meals, or snacks and admission to state parks or off day activities.



All changes must be submitted in writing and approved by CrossRoads Missions Staff. 

Missions is available to assist your group with travel arrangements, however, all travel expenses are the responsibility of your trip group. 


All forms should be returned to CrossRoads Missions according to the dates and details on the respective form. You will be contacted by the our field staff for these required forms.

Note: A copy of each participant’s Health Insurance Card is due when you arrive for your trip. Each person must have health insurance. Contact our office for options for insurance for individuals for your trip. 


Signatures on Behalf of the Church or Organization: 

Please be aware that your electronic signature below is your acceptance of this agreement as a financially binding agreement. This agreement requires one signature that represents the participating church’s minister, youth minister, elder, deacon, treasurer or similar active church officer who is authorized to enter into such an agreement on the church’s behalf.


The undersigned acknowledge acceptance to the terms of the agreement and also acknowledges that CrossRoads Missions will be held harmless, protected and indemnified from any liability including attorney’s fees and/or court costs in conjunction with any incident, claim or suit, threatened or actual arising in conjunction with this agreement or its related trip activity. 


AGREEMENT: By signing this Electronic Signature Acknowledgment Form, I agree that my electronic signature is the legally binding equivalent to my handwritten signature. Whenever I execute an electronic signature, it has the same validity and meaning as my handwritten signature. I will not, at any time in the future, repudiate the meaning of my electronic signature or claim that my electronic signature is not legally binding
